Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Every item is printed just for you when you order (that's the "on demand" part). Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 3–8 business days in the US. Total: roughly 1–2 weeks. We know. Waiting is our nightmare too.

How much is shipping?
Free. On everything. Always. It's baked into the price so there's no checkout ambush.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International friends: soon.

Orders & Returns

Can I return something?
Since every item is printed to order, we can't do "changed my mind" returns. BUT — if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it free. No hoops, no interrogation.

My order says delivered but it's not here.
Check with neighbors and around the porch first (we know, we know). Still missing? Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If production hasn't started, maybe — contact us ASAP. Once it's printing, it's committed. Unlike us.

Products

How do the shirts fit?
True to size, unisex. If you like it roomy (sensory people, we see you), size up one.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes — dishwasher and microwave safe. The print won't quit on you.

What does "E.D." stand for?
Executive Dysfunction. Obviously. Why, what did you think it meant?
